Order & Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

We will process and ship your order in 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping is free in the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We use USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

We do not currently offer expedited/overnight shipping.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to Canada and are working on expanding to other countries soon. Thank you so much for your patience as we expand our international presence.

Delivery Times:
Please note that items shipped internationally from the United States may require additional delivery time because of increased security at border crossing points.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Charges:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. Import charges can vary widely and we are not able to predict which fees, if any, will be applied. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Where available, we have provided links to Duties and Taxes Calculators in our country listing below.

Canada:
Orders are shipped via USPS to the Canada Post which handles final delivery of the package.

We offer two shipping options:

  1. USPS First Class International: This is the most affordable option. Delivery time can be anywhere from 7-21 days.
  2. USPS Priority International: This option is a little bit more cost, but delivery is faster at 6-10 days.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Please email us at team@gaimglass.com with your return/exchange request and provide us with your Order Number. Your Order Number is in the confirmation email we sent you when you made your purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and ship your replacement in 1 to 2 business days. Once your replacement is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
